Yorkshire Seasiders Meeting - Scunthorpe 5th September

A local game for many of us in the Yorkshire Seasiders so a reminder that we're taking the opportunity to meet up before the game in the Berkeley Arms just up the road from the ground.

There is parking available there and it's not far down to the ground.

We are looking at starting the meeting at 1pm and finishing at 1.30pm – everyone can get on with their day.

Hope to see you there

Colchester Away - Sat 8th August

Yorkshire Seasiders are running a bus to the first game of the season.

We've still got a few places left if you fancy going. Pay on the gate is available so you don't need to get a match ticket in advance (and this way you don't have to give the Oystons any of your £££).

Pick ups are:

Leeds 08.30
Jct 40 08.40
Cedar Court 08.45
Meadowhall 09.20

Let me know if you're interested and haven't already told me, Wizaard or Curryman.

Cost is £25 per person and that includes your £5 membership for the year (which entitles you to cheaper transport for future games). If you have already paid for membership the cost will be £20.

Charlie

Cardiff Away - IMPORTANT

Hi Everyone

Unfortunately, Phil has been taken ill over the weekend and has been in hospital. It is highly possible that they will need to operate this week which will mean he is unable to drive next weekend.

The bus for Cardiff is booked and deposit paid. I would drive but you need a D1 permit on your licence (which used to be automatic but stopped some time ago).

Does anyone have a D1 permit on their licence? Would anyone be able/willing to drive? We will of course pay for your match ticket and give you a little cash for your time.

Please let me know ASAP - otherwise 15 seasiders might not be able to make the game.

Charlie

Cardiff (a) Minibus

We are running a minibus to the last away game of the season, and probably our last away game in the Championship for quite a long time, against Cardiff.

We've booked a 17 seater minibus and currently have 11 booked on.

The cost of the trip will be subsidised to keep it to a maximum of £10 per person.

Please let Charlie or Phil know if you would like to be booked on - usual pick ups (Leeds, Meadow Hall, M1 etc) available.
